UPS – PartyRhino.com will ship your order through United Parcel Service (UPS) if shipping within the 48 states. Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska may choose 2nd Day Air and Next Day only if shipping via UPS.
USPS - United States Postal Service (USPS) will be used for other orders: PO Boxes, APO Military Addresses, Alaska , Hawaii and International (including Canada ).
FedEx & DHL – Is currently not available.

8% of your Order (+) Each Shipment $4.75 (+) $0.03 per item.

2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Next Day Air service is available within the 48 states (not including Canada ). Please note that the prices calculated through our online shopping cart may differ in actuality due to size limitations, weight and number of packages needed to ship your order expedited (this also applies to orders shipping via USPS). A customer service rep will contact you to let you know of these changes and charges when needed. In some instances, these changes and charges may be done automatically for you.
UPS Ground Shipping Time: 3 to 7 business days depending on your location (please see map below).
USPS Shipping Time:
-Within the USA : Priority Mail may take about 1-2 weeks.
-Anywhere else: Priority or Global Express may take up to 2 weeks – 1 month.
Shipping Delays
We cannot be responsible for packages delayed due to customs, weather, incorrect package routing, incorrect addresses or if the receiver is not available upon delivery. Shipping charges may be re-applied if we have to re-ship the package with corrections.
Shipping and Delivery Days
Shipping days are business days, which do not include the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or major holidays. No deliveries will be made on these non-business days. Please be sure to take these days into account when calculating your shipping days.
Most orders are shipped from San Francisco, California , USA.
Example on Calculating Shipping Days via Ground
Ex: Shipping to Kansas . Order placed on a Thursday of week 1. +24 hour processing time for in stock items, ship day is Friday (day 0 in shipping time). According to the map, shipping ground to Kansas from California will take 4 business days. Saturday and Sunday are not counted, so Monday is day 1 in shipping time, and delivery day is Thursday of week 2 (day 4) of that same week.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order (this does not include weekends and major holidays). Within this time-frame, your order will either be shipped out, or you will be notified of any issues regarding your order.
Need by Date
The Need by Date overrides the shipping method. In case you choose the incorrect method to ship, we can help you choose the correct method needed for your need by date. Please keep in mind that there may be times where we will automatically do this for you and charge you accordingly. Indicate your need by date or holiday date, even if you select a shipping method that will get to you on time. We cannot assume which holiday, if any, you need your items for, as everyone celebrates differently.
